Accreditation Pricing

INITIAL ACCREDITATION

1.

The initial accreditation fee is paid only once both OTCAC and the course institution have agreed to proceed with accreditation following the application form submittal and stealth site visit. The initial accreditation fee includes one year of membership.

Up to 100 hours course learning or training | $399

Each additional 20 hours | +$49 (course time is always rounded up to the nearest 20 hours)

Example: Course length of 150 hours | $546

ANNUAL MEMBERSHIP

Following the first year, accredited courses need to be evaluated on an annual basis to ensure that standards are being consistently met. 

Membership fee for each learning or training course | $159

Example annual fee for an institution with 3 OTCAC-accredited courses | $477

ADDITIONAL COURSE ACCREDITATION from the same Company

More than one course can be accredited from the same institution. OTCAC offers a discount on accrediting these additional courses.

The first year’s membership is included with accreditation. The annual membership fee is the same price for each individual course regardless of how many courses the same institution chooses to accredit.  

HOW IT WORKS

CONTACT US

To start off the accreditation process, contact us with information about your online course. We accredit only online education courses.

ONLINE VISIT

We visit your online site to ensure that your site is transparent and provides your students with a course outline before they pay.

ACCREDITATION FEE

We then contact you with our detailed list of standards. Once confident your course meets our criteria, you make the accreditation payment.

COURSE MATERIAL

Our expert consultants then examine your course content, checking it against our standards list to ensure it meets our rigid standards.

FEEDBACK

You will be provided with course feedback within the stipulated timeframe. This will confirm your success or highlight edits required to gain accreditation.

ACCREDITATION

Upon meeting all of our standards, you will receive an online logo to display on your website and a live link to your certificate of accreditation.
